We provide CASTvac and its related technology for pressure die casting industry. CASTvac is a new type of vacuum valve developed by CAST and CSIRO in Australia for the pressure die casting process. It has been implemented in Nissan Australia die casting plants for 6 years and achieved substantial cost savings by reducing the machine downtime caused by the blockage of mechanical vacuum valves. It has attracted broad interests from North America, Japan, Europe and China.
